40-Week Belly

Okay, this is going to be a short post because who are we kidding - we all know she's already here! I'm posting this for posterity's sake.

I had my last doctor's appointment on May 27th - 5 days after her due date. The doc did a stress test for Sugar Bean to see how she was handling still being in there and she passed the stress test. Doc also stripped my membranes. It actually wasn't all that bad. In fact it was over fairly quickly. She said I was 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I had gained 2 more pounds so that put me at a total weight gain of 33 pounds. My blood pressure was at 120/66 mmHg. Sugar Bean's heartbeat was at 140 bpm.
